Math Challengers: There will be an important meeting for all students interested in being a part of this year’s Math Challengers team TODAY, Tuesday, Dec. 18th at lunch in room 105.   Any grade 8, 9 or 10 students interested must attend.

Christmas Cheer Collections Update – One more collection day remains!  Mr. Sokugawa’s Law 12 class still leads the overall collections, followed closely by Mr. Seehagen’s Grade 9 class.  There are some tight races in each grade.  The top class in each grade will win a pizza party in the New Year.  All donations go towards the Burnaby Christmas Bureau.   Donations of over $20 are eligible for a tax refund.  Wednesday will be the last collection day Thank you for “Spreading the Cheer”!  ! – CHEX 2018/Mr. Sokugawa

September 2019 Renewal Form – Any international students who plan to continue to attend classes at Burnaby North for the 2019-2020 school year, please pick up your September 2019 Renewal Form from Ms. Chow as soon as possible! Both the form and tuition are due on January 25, 2019.

WINTER GALA  Excited for this year’s Winter Gala?  Buy your tickets starting Monday, Dec. 17th at 7 am to Dec. 21st on School Cash Online.  Tickets are $65.  Spots are limited, so be sure to buy yours soon! Wintergala tickets are selling fast!  About 50% of tickets are left.

SPORTS

Table-Tennis – Practice and Try-Outs of those invited back…TODAY,  Tuesday and Thursday at 3:15 in the Aux. Gym… In January 2019 – Practices will be at the GVTTA on Tuesdays (Free use of their Olympic Tables) and Thursdays in the Aux Gym… also, all future exhibitions against Moscrop and St. Georges will be on Tues at the GVTTA.

Next Team match is Jan. 9 – Wed. (Boys and Girls) at Winston Churchill. Please pay fees and get your forms in!!!   Seehagen
