Facility Bookings

The following spaces may be booked by BNS STAFF ONLY.  Clubs/teams can only book spaces through their staff sponsor.  Outside groups must book through the main office.

The spreadsheet has tabs (at the bottom) for all of our common areas/resources.

If you need FURNITURE or TECH HELP that must be booked separately at least 2 weeks in advance.  Furniture booking forms are available in 115.  For Tech Help, email support@bnstech.zendesk.com to request assistance for your event; assistance is not available in all blocks and only with advanced notice, but the Teacher-Librarians may be able to assist in blocks we cannot service.

If you are doing research or inquiry work with your class, please consult with the Teacher-Librarians for the most up to date resources and assistance in planning and instruction.

Booking Etiquette:

  • Register for a block with your first initial and last name (e.g. J. Cowley)
  • Classes should book a maximum of three consecutive classes in the same block.  Other arrangements may be made through the tech liaisons if this does not suit your curricular needs.
  • Remember, if you do not need the time you have booked, DELETE YOUR BOOKING to open the block for others.
  • Do NOT delete the bookings of others.  If you suspect they have changed their plans, contact them directly.
  • If you do not need all the PCs and would be open to letting other students work on extra machines (e.g. to print documents or update porfolios)  indicate how many student PCs you will need for your registered students.  For example, if I have only 22 students registered in my block 5 class, I would sign-up as J. Cowley (22).  If I am not willing to supervise students from other classes, I would book the entire lab by entering only J. Cowley.
