Walkathon for the Heart & Stroke Foundation

The Burnaby North Intro Leadership class and has organized a walk-a-thon with the Heart and Stroke Foundation! This event is to help fund the organization’s projects and operations. Our goal is is raise $300 worth of pledges.

We are looking for students to help us reach our goal!

Pick up a pledge & permission form from the Leadership room (202) and you can ask your friends and family to pledge money for you.

When collecting pledges, remember to be safe and do not go by yourself.

Please return all forms to room 202 by Monday February 26th. Please see Ms. Byrne for any questions and concerns.

The walk-a-thon will take place on Wednesday February 28th and Thursday March 1st during blocks 1,2,3, and 6.

On the day of the event, we encourage you to wear red in support of the foundation and their cause.

Anybody who wants to participate can come to the turf field and join us to walk with permission from their teacher!
