Paying for Exams
Now that the school has returned to a linear system, AP registration and payment for all exams are due by October 30, 2026. Late payments or registrations will not be accepted.
Students registered in AP classes and intend on taking AP exams must register for exams on https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/ and pay for them either through https://burnaby.schoolcashonline.com/ or in the office. There will also be no refunds this year as per Burnaby District AP policy. Again, late payments or registrations will not be accepted.
Only students registered in those classes have the right to write those exams at this school. We DO NOT offer exam spots to self-studying or external students. Lastly, students must be enrolled in the associated class to take an AP exam*. If you paid for an exam earlier but then dropped the class, you will not have an exam ordered for you and will be issued a refund.
AP Exam Cost – $165 per exam.
*Students in English Literature & Composition 12 have the option to register for the English Language & Composition exam in addition to, but not instead of, the Literature exam for a reduced fee ($300 for both exams).
AP Exam Information Session
An online Information Session for all AP exam information will take place after school sometime in mid-April. Attendance is mandatory.
2026 AP Exam Schedule
Since May 2026, standard paper testing was discontinued for most AP Exams—all exams have now been moved to the Bluebook digital testing application. Additional information and exam rooms will be communicated in January 2026.

AP Digital Portfolio Submission Deadlines
The following subjects require work to be submitted through the AP Digital Portfolio by the deadlines listed below:
- AP Art and Design: May 7, 2027 (5 p.m.), is the deadline for students to submit their 3 portfolio components as final.
- AP Computer Science Principles: April 30, 2027 (5 p.m.), is the deadline for students to submit their Create performance task as final.
- AP Seminar and AP Research: April 30, 2027 (5 p.m.), is the deadline for students to submit performance tasks as final.
- New: AP World Languages and Cultures: April 30, 2027 (5 p.m.), is the deadline for students to submit their Personalized Project Reference (PPR) as final.
Late Testing
Occasionally, circumstances make it necessary for students to test late. To preserve the security of AP Exams, alternate versions of the exams are used for late testing with dates and times predetermined. Students MUST contact Ms. Mihic to see if they qualify for late testing.
