MEASLES IMMUNIZATIONS ON TUESDAY, JUNE 4TH – GRADES 11 & 12 STUDENTS:
The Public Health Nurse Team will be here for the full day and will be stationed in the Gallery.
Beginning at 9:00 am, students will be called by the PA system to the Gallery by grade and alpha. The Nursing Team will begin with students in grade 12 and then grade 11’s. Students who received a letter should bring their form with them to the Gallery Room. The nurses would like to check in with every student though to make sure that they get to everyone on their list. If a student is not on their list, therefore not requiring immunization, then they will be sent back to class right away. We would really appreciate your assistance in reminding students to bring their forms with them to the Gallery when they are called down. Also, please ensure that students report to the Gallery for a check even if they did not receive a letter or forgot to bring their form.
